Season Registration

The New York Wonders are the home team of NY Girls Baseball. Each year we participate in several regional and national tournaments, clinics, and additional activities.

The Season Registration Fee covers insurance and administrative fees related to tournaments, clinics, and season activities.

Each season our tournament schedule will be determined by the number of available players we have for each team.

Players will be assigned to teams based on their age and playing history with NYGB. New players will be assigned to their age-based team. Players may play up with permission from NYGB in accordance with their skill level and roster needs.

How many games do the Wonders play each season?

The NY Wonders are tournament teams. At this time, we do not have a regular baseball season with scheduled games against other teams. We participate in several regional and national tournaments during the year, as well as clinics and additional activities.

What if my daughter has never played baseball before?

We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to those who have been playing for years. We will assess your daughter's skill level at the first available opportunity and assign her to a team based on her age and skill level. Our coaches will provide as many opportunities for instruction throughout the season as possible, and we offer clinics for those who want to improve their skills between tournaments.

Do you need volunteers?

Yes! We are a volunteer-based organization, including our coaches and Board members. All volunteers who will be working with players must complete a background check before being allowed to participate in practices, games, or clinics.
