Congrats 12U & 16U - NYGB Tourney Champs!

At the NYGB Labor Day Tourney in August, our brand new 12U team won their division Championship on their first time out of the gate! These girls came together over the summer as part of our 10U/12U Development Program and immediately became a team and a family. Thanks to Coaches John and Aramis who did a great job putting this team together.

Our 16U team won the 16U/17+ division, beating their fellow 17+ Wonders to do so! This was the second title in a row for this team, who also won Nationals in July. It's also the second year in a row that a NY Wonders 16U team brought home two tourney Championships in the same season! Thanks to Coaches Josh and Peter for leading this team to such great success this season. 

The 17+ Wonders team came in second to their 16U counterparts, and had to tip their caps to the younger girls for bringing their A-game! 

We're so proud of all of our players for showing everyone what it means to be a New York Wonder - we play hard, support each other, show respect, and - most importantly - we HAVE FUN!
